About Us
History
Founded in 1993, Abdellatif Enterprises began as a small general contractor specializing in building spec homes. They then expanded into custom homes. In the late 1990’s they started doing work as a subcontractor on many projects performing concrete and rough carpentry. In 2002, they joined the Carpenters Union and focused primarily on rough carpentry. Today, they are one of Southern California’s leading commercial rough carpentry subcontractors. Since joining the union, Abdellatif Enterprises has grown its skilled workforce and completed numerous projects.

Our team includes a dedicated full-time regional safety manager, Jonathan Obineme with over 12 years experience. They are supported by skilled Superintendents and Foremen with decades of experience and OSHA 30-hour certifications. By making safety a priority, we strive to foster a culture where everyone feels protected and valued. Together, we ensure that our workplace remains a safe space for innovation and collaboration.
Trained and Educated work Force.
At Abdellatif Enterprises, we ensure the quality and expertise of our workforce. As a union contractor, all our employees complete a rigorous 4-year apprenticeship program to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to become top-tier carpenters. Our training does not end there; we continually provide education in current OSHA certifications, safety practices, and equipment certifications. The high standards we uphold for our workforce are reflected in the excellence of the work we deliver.
